Sometimes leadership means having the confidence to step forward—and helping someone else find that confidence too.

Cindy Qiao, a Menlo-Atherton High School junior and award-winning competitive dancer, shared her passion for dance with younger children through Dance & Shine.

Participants started with basic stretches before learning upbeat jazz and lyrical routines. By the end of the workshop, the children were ready to put everything together in a joyful final performance.

Cindy not only shared her dance skills but also gave younger participants a welcoming space to move, perform, and simply have fun.

“Share what you love, and help others shine.”
