Board of Directors
Lulu is the founder of The Joy Culture Foundation (TJCF) and a mother of 4 kids. She is very passionate about giving back to her community.
Not only has she volunteered for multiple community programs, she has also worked on various non-profits throughout her life.
Knowing how difficult it is to find Chinese resources for kids and parents, Lulu decided to start TJCF as a way to give back to the community.
