Youth-led: So Cute! Exclusive Mini Hat for Plushies

A favorite plushie + a little creativity = a very fashionable new hat!

Youth leaders Dora and Zoe, both 13, brought their love of crafting to TJCF with a fun-filled workshop teaching children how to design and knit custom mini beanies for their stuffed animals.

Participants chose their designs, worked with their hands, and watched their ideas gradually turn into something they could proudly take home.

Beyond the adorable finished creations, the workshop showed that leadership doesn’t have to begin with a big or serious idea. Sometimes it begins with a hobby you enjoy and the willingness to teach someone else.
