What We Do

The Joy Culture Foundation (TJCF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Chinese-speaking families through cultural, educational, and community-centered programs. Our three main pillars include: a Chinese children’s library with over 6,000 books and free storytime and craft sessions offered more than three times weekly; immersive educational programs and summer camps covering arts, STEM, and language; and community events that celebrate Chinese festivals and traditions. Each year, TJCF serves thousands across the Bay Area, helping families build identity, confidence, and connection through culture and joy.
