Service Description
Teacher: Ms. Zoe 小小城市列車營以中國與台灣的代表城市為主題，透過城市故事、互動活動與手作創作，帶孩子認識不同城市的特色與文化亮點，並體驗不同城市的顏色與形狀。孩子在動手操作與分享的過程中，逐步建立對城市與文化的初步認識，也在潛移默化中累積語言與表達的經驗。希望透過這段旅程，在孩子心中種下對文化與世界的好奇與連結。 Little City Journey Camp explores representative cities in China and Taiwan through stories, playful activities, and hands-on crafts. Children discover each city’s cultural highlights while playing with colors and shapes, and they build early connections through creating and sharing. This gentle journey aims to spark curiosity and plant the first seeds of cultural connection.
Cancellation Policy
Refund & Withdrawal Policy Age Eligibility Each program is designed for a specific age range, which is listed on the course page. Participants must fall within the stated age range as of the course start date. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to register for an age-appropriate class. TJCF reserves the right to verify a participant’s age and to cancel any registration that does not meet the age requirement. In such cases, we will offer to transfer the participant to an age-appropriate class if space is available. If no suitable class is available, a full refund will be issued. If a suitable class is available but the participant chooses not to transfer, the refund will be processed according to the applicable refund policy below. How Do I Request a Refund? • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@thejoyculturefoundation.org. • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (credit card or check). Summer Camp Refund Policy • Cancellation before April 1, 2026: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee per camp session. • Cancellation on or after April 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued. General Course Refund Policy • Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the course start date: Full refund minus a processing fee of 15% of the registration fee or $50, whichever is less. • Cancellations made within 10 business days of the course start date: No refund. For the purposes of this policy, “business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. Additional Policies • No prorated refunds will be provided for partial attendance. • No refunds, make-up classes, or credits will be given for missed days due to personal reasons, including absences, late arrivals, or early departures. Program Cancellation Policy TJCF reserves the right to cancel a course or camp if fewer than three participants are enrolled. In such cases, families will be notified at least one month before the program start date, and a full refund will be issued.
