About the Role
• Coordinate TJCF educational programs, workshops, and community activities
• Work closely with teachers to support class scheduling and program implementation
• Review lesson plans and proposed materials to ensure alignment with program goals
• Track enrollment and attendance to support program planning
• Collect and submit teachers’ working hours and reimbursement requests to the finance team
• Serve as a contact point for parents and help gather feedback to improve program quality
• Attend the first few sessions of new programs at the library to observe classes, support teachers, and ensure programs run smoothly.
• Provide on-site support during key programs such as summer camps and new course launches.

📍 Location: Bay Area
