三天的冬日創意旅程，讓孩子從構思城市藍圖開始，動手建造立體城市，完成機器人導航與運送任務，並加入數位藝術、節奏律動、音樂與文化元素，一步步打造屬於自己的冬日慶典。課程融合專題設計、創客實作、機器人、數位藝術、節奏律動與樂器探索。孩子將在設計、建造、測試與合作的過程中，培養創造力、問題解決及團隊合作能力，最後透過成果分享，呈現共同完成的冬日城市與慶典作品。 1.營隊方案我們提供兩種參加方案，家長可依孩子與家庭需求選擇：方案一｜全日冬令營 9:00 AM–3:00 PM 方案二｜全日冬令營＋延伸探索活動 9:00 AM–5:30 PM 2.創意律動、音樂與節奏、數位藝術三大主題工作坊，將由具相關經驗的凱芯文教基金會-青少年領導力計畫學生帶領，陪伴孩子透過互動與實作探索學習。數位藝術課程需自備 iPad 與 Apple Pencil。圖書館提供 Apple Pencil 租借服務，費用＄25。 Three days of imagining, designing, and creating as children bring their own Winter Wonderland to life! The camp combines winter city design, robotics, digital art, rhythm and movement, creative dance, and music exploration. Children will take on robot navigation and team challenges, design digital cities and characters, and turn their ideas into creative projects. Through three days of designing, building, problem-solving, and teamwork, children will develop creativity, collaboration, and confidence—ending the journey with their own Winter Festival celebration! 1.Program Options: Option 1: Full Day Camp 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Option 2: Full Day Camp + Extended Activities 9:00 AM–5:30 PM 2.The Creative Movement, Music & Rhythm, and Digital Art Workshops will be led by TJCF Youth Leaders , guiding students through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. For the Digital Art Workshop, students should bring their own iPad and Apple Pencil. Apple Pencil rentals are available at the library for $25. Lead Teacher: Ms. Zoe is a Mandarin educator with nearly 10 years of teaching experience, specializing in early childhood and bilingual education. She holds a degree in Chinese Literature and is currently pursuing an MA in Foreign Language Teaching at Michigan State University. Inspired by Reggio Emilia and IB inquiry-based learning, she creates engaging, child-centered experiences through storytelling, nature exploration, sensory play, and art, helping children naturally develop language skills, curiosity, confidence, and self-expression. Coach Hao (Haoning Fu) is the Founder and CEO of RobotGyms, with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and hardware design. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and has mentored youth robotics teams, including FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) competitors. Through hands-on robotics, coding, and engineering challenges, he helps young learners develop creativity and problem-solving skills.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy Age Eligibility Each program is designed for a specific age range, which is listed on the course page. Participants must fall within the stated age range as of the course start date. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to register for an age-appropriate class. TJCF reserves the right to verify a participant’s age and to cancel any registration that does not meet the age requirement. In such cases, we will offer to transfer the participant to an age-appropriate class if space is available. If no suitable class is available, a full refund will be issued. If a suitable class is available but the participant chooses not to transfer, the refund will be processed according to the applicable refund policy below. How Do I Request a Refund? • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@thejoyculturefoundation.org. • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (credit card or check). Summer Camp Refund Policy • Cancellation before April 1, 2026: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee per camp session. • Cancellation on or after April 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued. General Course Refund Policy • Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the course start date: Full refund minus a processing fee of 15% of the registration fee or $50, whichever is less. • Cancellations made within 10 business days of the course start date: No refund. For the purposes of this policy, “business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. Additional Policies • No prorated refunds will be provided for partial attendance. • No refunds, make-up classes, or credits will be given for missed days due to personal reasons, including absences, late arrivals, or early departures. Program Cancellation Policy TJCF reserves the right to cancel a course or camp if fewer than three participants are enrolled. In such cases, families will be notified at least one month before the program start date, and a full refund will be issued.
