No refunds. $15 will be deducted if you register for the full session afterwards.) 課程以輕鬆自然的方式，引導孩子在家長的陪伴與互動中，開啟對中文的好奇心。 透過歌曲、律動、故事、遊戲、趣味科學、數感活動和主題手作等豐富內容，讓孩子在玩中學、在動中感受語言的節奏與樂趣。 每週，我們將帶著孩子和家長一起走進不同的主題世界： 🎃 萬聖節派對、🦃 感恩節溫馨時光、🎄 聖誕小驚喜、🧧 歡樂中國年…… 一起唱、跳、玩，讓中文學習成為孩子成長中最快樂的回憶！ This playful parent-child class invites toddlers to explore Mandarin through music, movement, stories, sensory play, and hands-on discovery. Each week, we explore fun seasonal themes—such as 🎃 Halloween dress-up, 🦃 Thanksgiving together time, 🎄 Christmas surprises, and 🧧 Lunar New Year celebrations—building early language exposure through joyful routines and shared experiences. Through songs, storytelling, games, science play, early math, and themed crafts, children develop their sensory and motor skills while naturally learning Mandarin in a warm, supportive setting. Let’s sing, move, and grow together—because learning Mandarin can be full of giggles and wonder! About Teacher: Ms. Mandy’s class is well-established in the Mountain View/Los Altos area, particularly among families with non-native speakers. The class is a fun playtime full of joy, laughter, kindness, love, and happiness. Her teaching style is very positive, dynamic, passionate, and caring. Many parents learn Mandarin Chinese together with their younger children. She also prepares thoughtful handmade props to fit into each week’s themed class and always brings fun craft projects to all participants. Attendance, Absence & Cancellation Policy *Attendance & Absence -For courses with 8 classes or fewer, each student is allowed one personal absence without providing a reason. -For courses with more than 8 classes, students may take up to two personal absences. -In both cases, you will receive make-up credits equivalent to one class fee per absence, which must be used before the current course ends. *Make-up credits can be applied to other eligible classes during the same season. -The difference is non-refundable if the make-up class costs less than the credit value. -If the make-up class costs more, the participant will be responsible for paying the difference. -If it costs more, the student must pay the difference. *If the absence is not reported at least 72 hours in advance, or if the number of allowed absences is exceeded, make-up classes or refunds will not be granted.( info@thejoyculturefoundation.org) * Cancellation & Refund Policy Program Cancellation by Organizer : -Programs may be canceled 7 days before the first class if minimum enrollment is not met. -If a class is canceled, participants will be notified by email and receive a full refund. -Credit card refunds may take 1–2 weeks to process. *Refunds for General Courses ： Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the course start date: Full refund minus a 15% or $50 processing fee (whichever is lower) Cancellations made within 10 business days of the start date: No refund *All cancellations must be made in writing via email to: info@thejoyculturefoundation.org Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
