小小主播 × 新媒體素養營 -- 採訪、錄影、上鏡頭，打造孩子的表達自信！ Junior Media Anchor Camp–Interview • Analyze • Communicate • Express Teacher: Ms. Peggy / In Collaboration with KTSF 26 這不只是一個夏令營，而是一段孩子站上真實舞台、建立自信與表達力的難忘學習歷程。 More than just a summer camp, this experience allows students to step onto a real media stage and grow in confidence and communication. Requirement: 具備流利漢語聽、說、讀、寫能力(中文學校三年級以上的程度). Students have fluent Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (3rd grade and up Chinese level.) Day 5 Transportation Note: On Day 5, parents will need to provide transportation for their child to the KTSF station (100 Valley Dr, Brisbane, CA 94005). 課程亮點 Course Highlights: - 自信表達與舞台魅力 透過鏡頭與舞台練習，培養自信、克服緊張，學會清楚自然地表達自己。 - 新媒體訪談與邏輯思考 學習主播與新媒體人的訪談技巧，培養提問力與有條理的表達能力。 - 中文口語與聲音表達 透過角色扮演與語音練習，強化中文口語、語調與情緒表達。 - AI × 新媒體創作體驗 運用 AI 工具進行媒體與音樂創作，體驗科技如何輔助創意表達。 - 社交媒體素養與數位公民 了解社交媒體如何運作，學習安全上網與負責任的數位行為。 - KTSF 主播上鏡體驗 實地走進 KTSF 電視台，上鏡錄製新聞，體驗真實新聞製作流程。 On Camera at KTSF – Visit KTSF and record news segments in a real TV studio. 播報成果發表與專屬紀錄 完成新聞播報上鏡實錄，影片將於營隊期間在 KTSF 電視台與網路平台播出，並提供播報影片、活動照片與結業證書下載留存。

Refund & Withdrawal Policy Age Eligibility Each program is designed for a specific age range, which is listed on the course page. Participants must fall within the stated age range as of the course start date. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to register for an age-appropriate class. TJCF reserves the right to verify a participant’s age and to cancel any registration that does not meet the age requirement. In such cases, we will offer to transfer the participant to an age-appropriate class if space is available. If no suitable class is available, a full refund will be issued. If a suitable class is available but the participant chooses not to transfer, the refund will be processed according to the applicable refund policy below. How Do I Request a Refund? • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@thejoyculturefoundation.org. • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (credit card or check). Summer Camp Refund Policy • Cancellation before April 1, 2026: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee per camp session. • Cancellation on or after April 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued. General Course Refund Policy • Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the course start date: Full refund minus a processing fee of 15% of the registration fee or $50, whichever is less. • Cancellations made within 10 business days of the course start date: No refund. For the purposes of this policy, “business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. Additional Policies • No prorated refunds will be provided for partial attendance. • No refunds, make-up classes, or credits will be given for missed days due to personal reasons, including absences, late arrivals, or early departures. Program Cancellation Policy TJCF reserves the right to cancel a course or camp if fewer than three participants are enrolled. In such cases, families will be notified at least one month before the program start date, and a full refund will be issued.
