來參加一場輕鬆好玩、充滿活力的「家庭即興劇」體驗活動吧！🎭✨ 即興劇（improv，全名 improvisational theater）是一種沒有劇本、當下即興發揮的表演形式，透過彼此接住對方的點子，一起創造故事。 這場活動由 Connie Kwan 與她10歲的女兒共同帶領，你可以自由報名任何一個 20 分鐘時段（也可以多留幾場），而且每一段都是一個完整、充滿笑聲的體驗。 帶著你的孩子（8歲以上）一起來，馬上加入簡單又有趣的圍圈遊戲——沒有舞台、沒有壓力、沒有「答錯」這件事。你們會一起創作場景、玩像是亂語比手畫腳（gibberish charades）和合作說故事等活動，用滿滿的笑聲取代螢幕時間。 在「Yes, And（接納並延伸）」的精神引導下，透過專注當下、不刻意搞笑，這是一個輕鬆又充滿樂趣的方式，讓你真正陪伴孩子、享受當下（也歡迎自己來參加，一樣可以一起大笑！）。 Connie Kwan 曾於 BATS Improv 受訓，並在 Red Morton Community Center 教授即興劇課程。 ----- Drop in for a playful, high-energy Family Improv preview—improv (short for improvisational theater) is unscripted, made-up-in-the-moment play where you build on each other’s ideas—led by Connie Kwan and her 10-year-old daughter, where you can sign up for any 20-minute segment (or stay for more), and each segment is a complete, laughter-filled experience on its own. Come with your kid (age 8+) and jump straight into simple, circle-based games—no stage, no pressure, no “wrong”—where you’ll build scenes together, try things like gibberish charades and collaborative storytelling, and share real belly laughs instead of screen time. Guided by the spirit of “Yes, And,” paying attention, and not trying to be funny, it’s an easy, joyful way to be present with your kid (or just come solo and laugh with us). Connie Kwan is trained at BATS Improv and teaches improv at Red Morton Community Center.

Parental Consent, Liability Waiver & Media Release Participation & Risk Acknowledgement I give permission for my child to participate in the Sugar Painting Workshop organized by The Joy Culture Foundation. I understand that this activity involves the use of electrical sugar painting pens and hot, melted sugar. I acknowledge that participation may involve risks, including but not limited to burns, electrical shock, slips, or other injuries. I understand these risks and knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with participation in this activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Parental Supervision I understand and agree that my child must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the workshop. I accept full responsibility for my child’s safety, behavior, and compliance with all safety instructions provided by the organizers or instructors. Release and Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless The Joy Culture Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this activity, including those resulting from ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Medical Authorization In the event of an emergency and if I cannot be reached, I authorize The Joy Culture Foundation to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Photo & Video Release I grant permission to The Joy Culture Foundation to photograph and/or record my child and myself during the workshop and to use such images or recordings for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes, including websites, social media, and printed materials, without compensation. Severability If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Governing Law & Venue This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be brought in Santa Clara County, California. Acknowledgement & Signature I have read and understand this Parental Consent, Liability Waiver & Media Release.
