免費青少年帶領工作坊 | Free Youth-led Workshop — TJCF 青少年領導力計畫 Youth Leadership Program Skincare for teens: Understanding your skin and building healthy habits! | 青少年護膚小學堂 Skincare for Teens is a fun, hands-on workshop that helps preteens and teens understand their changing skin and develop healthy skincare habits. Students will learn what acne is, why skincare is important, how to build a simple, effective routine using and choosing the right products. The workshop concludes with a hands-on team challenge where students apply what they've learned by creating skincare routines for different imaginary characters with different skin types and concerns! About the Youth Leader (關於青少年帶領者) My name is Tess Li (李岩岩), and I am a rising senior at Palo Alto High School (PALY). I am extremely passionate about all things beauty and skincare, and like many teens, I’ve struggled with my own skin through my early teenage years, gradually learning how to care for it through simple, consistent routines. Learning how to take proper care of your skin through puberty doesn’t have to be tedious, scary or confusing– it can be simple, effective, relaxing and even fun! Through this program, we encourage youth to explore their interests, develop creative workshop ideas, and practice leadership, communication, and responsibility while giving back to the community. We also welcome more youth to join us, share their ideas, and build experience and confidence through hands-on leadership opportunities. Cancellation Policy
Attendance, Absence & Cancellation Policy *Attendance & Absence -For courses with 8 classes or fewer, each student is allowed one personal absence without providing a reason. -For courses with more than 8 classes, students may take up to two personal absences. -In both cases, you will receive make-up credits equivalent to one class fee per absence, which must be used before the current course ends. *Make-up credits can be applied to other eligible classes during the same season. -The difference is non-refundable if the make-up class costs less than the credit value. -If the make-up class costs more, the participant will be responsible for paying the difference. -If it costs more, the student must pay the difference. *If the absence is not reported at least 72 hours in advance, or if the number of allowed absences is exceeded, make-up classes or refunds will not be granted.( info@thejoyculturefoundation.org) * Cancellation & Refund Policy Program Cancellation by Organizer : -Programs may be canceled 7 days before the first class if minimum enrollment is not met. -If a class is canceled, participants will be notified by email and receive a full refund. -Credit card refunds may take 1–2 weeks to process. *Refunds for General Courses ： Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the course start date: Full refund minus a 15% or $50 processing fee (whichever is lower) Cancellations made within 10 business days of the start date: No refund *All cancellations must be made in writing via email to: info@thejoyculturefoundation.org Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
