**此報名連結為現場參加**(Sponsored by Growing IQ) Rethinking Education: Insights on Learning, STEM, and Student Success During this session, The speaker will share observations on how education—particularly STEM and mathematics instruction—has evolved in recent years, the challenges students and families face today, and the critical decisions parents must navigate as educational expectations continue to change. The seminar will also include an open discussion and question-and-answer portion, drawing on the speaker’s experiences as a classroom teacher, a curriculum writer, and as an Assistant Principal at a highly competitive and high-achieving high school in the Bay Area. The goal is to provide both practical insight and an honest perspective grounded in real classroom and leadership experience. Speaker: Eric Ding Eric Ding is the Director of California Operations at Growing IQ, where he leads the instructional, operational, and strategic initiatives that define GIQ’s academic standards across its California centers. Eric brings a rich and accomplished background to this role, beginning with his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and his Master’s Degree in Education from the University of California, Berkeley. His early career included teaching STEM and mathematics in diverse public school settings in Oklahoma and Oakland and the Assistant Principals at Mills High School in Millbrae. Eric’s passion for education is rooted in the belief that every child can grow into a strong, flexible thinker when given the right environment, tools, and encouragement.
