中文繪本樂學課- 讓孩子輕鬆學中文,從故事、識字、遊戲和手作開始! 從繪本出發,讓孩子在故事、遊戲和手作中,自然學中文!我們引導孩子在生活情境中認識漢字,啟發語感,開口表達。課堂融合創意活動與主題探索,讓學中文變得有趣又好玩。在輕鬆自在的氛圍中,孩子自然聽、自然說,自然愛上中文! 課程主題: *我去上學!開學趣 *今天穿什麼?萬聖節變變變! *我們是一家人 *十二生肖過新年 課程特色: *繪本閱讀:透過故事分享,培養聽力理解,提升語感與表達力 *漢字探索:筆畫到字義,認識字的結構,透過書寫加深記憶 *詞語活動:運用圖卡與詞語活動,幫助孩子自然記憶並開口練習 *創意手作:結合手作活動深化語境學習,促進多感官語言建構 Immersive Mandarin- Learning Through Stories, Words, Play, and Hands-on Creativity Through picture books as the starting point, children explore Chinese naturally through stories, play, and hands-on creativity. In real-life contexts, we guide children to recognize words, develop language awareness, and express themselves with growing confidence. Creative activities and thematic exploration make Chinese learning fun and meaningful. In a relaxed and nurturing environment, children listen naturally, speak confidently, and fall in love with the language. Course Theme: *Let’s Go to School! *What to Wear? Halloween Flair! *Grateful for Family *Celebrate with the 12 Zodiac Animals Course Highlights *Storytime: Building listening comprehension, language awareness, and expression through engaging stories *Character Discovery: From strokes to meaning—understanding character structure and reinforcing memory through writing *Vocabulary Activities: Using picture cards and word-based games to support natural recall and encourage speaking *Creative Projects: Deepening thematic learning through hands-on crafts and fostering multisensory language engagement Teacher: Vivian Huang Vivian Huang is an experienced Mandarin language teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience, including the past decade, which has focused on immersion education and IB PYP classrooms. She designs playful, story-rich learning environments where children explore language through songs, crafts, games, and performance. Her classes celebrate culture and creativity, helping children build confidence, expression, and a lifelong love for Mandarin. Vivian also has experience coordinating story-based stage performances that blend songs and storytelling—an approach she brings into the classroom with energy and imagination. Cancellation Policy

Attendance, Absence & Cancellation Policy *Attendance & Absence -For courses with 8 classes or fewer, each student is allowed one personal absence without providing a reason. -For courses with more than 8 classes, students may take up to two personal absences. -In both cases, you will receive make-up credits equivalent to one class fee per absence, which must be used before the current course ends. *Make-up credits can be applied to other eligible classes during the same season. -The difference is non-refundable if the make-up class costs less than the credit value. -If the make-up class costs more, the participant will be responsible for paying the difference. -If it costs more, the student must pay the difference. *If the absence is not reported at least 72 hours in advance, or if the number of allowed absences is exceeded, make-up classes or refunds will not be granted.( info@thejoyculturefoundation.org) * Cancellation & Refund Policy Program Cancellation by Organizer : -Programs may be canceled 7 days before the first class if minimum enrollment is not met. -If a class is canceled, participants will be notified by email and receive a full refund. -Credit card refunds may take 1–2 weeks to process. *Refunds for General Courses : Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the course start date: Full refund minus a 15% or $50 processing fee (whichever is lower) Cancellations made within 10 business days of the start date: No refund *All cancellations must be made in writing via email to: info@thejoyculturefoundation.org Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
