這堂手作課程分為兩個部分:前半段以感官探索為主,孩子將接觸顏色、形狀等不同元素,發揮創意自由創作;後半段則著重於環境創作為主,運用家中可回收的材料或大自然中的小素材,減少對環境的負擔。課程將激發孩子的想像力,創作出獨一無二的作品,並在過程中學習珍惜資源、愛護地球。
每堂課都是一次創作與文化的小旅行!

This hands-on art course is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on sensory exploration, where children will work with different materials, colors, and shapes to unleash their creativity. The second part emphasizes environmentally friendly art, utilizing upcycled materials from home or nature to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact. Through this creative process, children will develop their imagination, create unique artwork, and learn to appreciate and care for our planet.
Each class is a mini adventure in creativity and culture!

Teacher: Ms.Tzuling Liu/Ms. Ava Chen
Ms. Tzuling holds a B.F.A. in Computer Arts: New Media from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and an M.A. in English from San Francisco State University. She currently works as a graphic designer for TJCF and teaches art and craft at our library.
Ava Chen has nearly a decade of experience in pediatric care and early childhood intervention. Her passion for arts and crafts inspired her to join TJCF, where she has played a key role in designing displays for various themes, events, and workshops. Ava also loves guiding children through stories and hands-on activities.
