認識自己・看見故事・創造未來 - 青少年自我探索與未來領導力工作坊 Know Yourself. Understand Your Story. Design Your Future. A Leadership & Self-Discovery Workshop for Asian-American Teens Today's teens are growing up in a world shaped by rapid change, cultural complexity, and the rise of artificial intelligence. As they navigate family expectations, cultural identity, social pressures, and future possibilities, many are asking one of life's most important questions: Who am I becoming? This four-week interactive workshop is designed to help Asian-American teens better understand themselves, discover their strengths, reflect on the influences that have shaped them, and begin intentionally designing their future. Through guided discussions, self-reflection exercises, strengths-based activities, peer learning, and practical future-readiness tools, students will gain greater confidence, clarity, and direction for the years ahead. Program Highlights * Students will complete strengths-based reflection activities and gather perspectives from trusted adults. * Students will explore different perspectives on leadership and reflect on leadership as personal agency, responsibility, and impact. * Discussions will explore how AI is reshaping the future and the human skills that will remain valuable. * Linda will invite guest speakers from a variety of professional backgrounds to share their experiences and perspectives throughout the series. * Participants should bring a laptop or iPad for selected activities and reflections. Program Topics Week 1: Understanding the Forces That Shape Us Explore the people, experiences, and influences that have helped shape who you are today. Week 2: Understanding Strengths, Expectations, and Possibilities Gain insight into your strengths while examining family expectations, personal interests, and future opportunities. Week 3: Finding Your Own Voice Reflect on your values, identity, and the future you want to create through guided reflection and future-self visualization. Week 4: Designing Your Future with Intention Connect insights from the previous sessions and create a personal roadmap for growth, purpose, and future readiness.
