一起走進森林的創作時光吧！在這堂充滿自然氣息的藝術課中，孩子將運用樹枝、葉子與多樣素材，親手打造專屬於自己的「森林捕夢網」。透過建構、編織與裝飾的過程，不僅提升精細動作與專注力，也能發揮創造力，培養對自然與美感的欣賞。讓孩子親手製作一個捕夢網，再把自己的夢想放進去，期待成真！ Step into a magical forest and create your own nature-inspired dreamcatcher! In this hands-on art class, children will explore natural materials like branches, leaves, and beads to build, weave, and decorate their unique creations. Through this creative process, students will strengthen fine motor skills, focus, and artistic expression, while developing a deeper appreciation for nature. Create a handmade dreamcatcher, fill it with your dreams, and wait for them to blossom! 游舒聿老師 Ms YuYu 擁有藝術創作碩士學位與臺灣完整師資培訓背景，游老師擅長用溫暖且有趣的方式，帶領孩子走進藝術的世界。從幼兒到成人的豐富教學經驗，讓她能細膩地引導每個孩子找到屬於自己的創作節奏。此外，游老師也特別重視生活美學與多元文化的連結，讓孩子在創作中看見世界、建立自信，勇敢展現自己的獨特想法。 Ms. Yu Yu holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts and professional teacher training from Taiwan. She creates a warm and engaging environment where children explore art through sensory play, creativity, and mixed media. With experience teaching all age groups, she guides each child to express their ideas, build confidence, and enjoy the joy of creating. Every child can shine as a little artist!

Participation & Risk Acknowledgement I give permission for my child to participate in the Sugar Painting Workshop organized by The Joy Culture Foundation. I understand that this activity involves the use of electrical sugar painting pens and hot, melted sugar. I acknowledge that participation may involve risks, including but not limited to burns, electrical shock, slips, or other injuries. I understand these risks and knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with participation in this activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Parental Supervision I understand and agree that my child must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the workshop. I accept full responsibility for my child’s safety, behavior, and compliance with all safety instructions provided by the organizers or instructors. Release and Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless The Joy Culture Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this activity, including those resulting from ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Medical Authorization In the event of an emergency and if I cannot be reached, I authorize The Joy Culture Foundation to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Photo & Video Release I grant permission to The Joy Culture Foundation to photograph and/or record my child and myself during the workshop and to use such images or recordings for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes, including websites, social media, and printed materials, without compensation. Severability If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Governing Law & Venue This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be brought in Santa Clara County, California. Acknowledgement & Signature I have read and understand this Parental Consent, Liability Waiver & Media Release. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up
